Structural Racism and Defunding the Police
I started to script a Mad Sociologist in the News report on the Defund the Police movement when I realized that the issue was more lengthy than I could handle in one episode. So this is the opening episode in which I outline the history of racism and policing and the nature of the problem of police brutality and race. The next video, Episode 3b, will deal with potential solutions.
