NAOMI KLEIN IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT VOICES OF THIS GENERATION
If you have not yet read Naomi Klein’s The Shock Doctrine, do so immediately. It should be on everyone’s required reading list.
Also, if you think Trump is some special case, a momentary right-wing anomaly, you are wrong. For the most part, Trumpism lines up perfectly with contemporary American conservatism. Like the corporate right he serves, his goal is the complete elimination of what’s left of progressive structures and the serfdom of the American worker at all levels. Nothing less.
