The Trump Lie about Vetting Refugees

REFUGEES ALREADY GO THROUGH AN ONEROUS PROCESS TO GAIN ACCESS TO HOPE AND FREEDOM

Because Donald Trump and his cult in the West Wing have a penchant for taking down WhiteHouse.gov pages that contradict its medieval worldview, I thought I would steal this graphic and post it to the Mad Sociologist Blog. After all, it’s just a matter of time before this one disappears as well.

You see, a central myth of the Trumpists is that the spineless Obama Administration, in essence, opened the gate to allow refugees and illegals into the country unchecked. Consequently, the United States has been deluged with millions of “those people,” many of whom want to kill you and rape your family. Why would Obama do this? Well…you know…Obama. Fortunately, President Trump, the only source of truth, is here to save us from “those people.”

In fact, before coming to the United States, refugees go through a long and arduous process, often living in refugee camps for years before being cleared for admittance. Il Duce Trump just closed the door on over a hundred thousand people who have already been through the process, indicating no evidence of being a threat to our nation.
