I hope I’m Wrong! All of these states along the Eastern Seaboard, their budgets are already less than skeletal. They have nothing with which to pay for the necessary clean-up, repairs and human assistance they’ll face when the winds die down. How sorry would that be! At first, I was taken aback by the latest slight to our first responders nearing the ten year anniversary of 9/11.
